Catch Up

We have kicked off the Christmas season very busy at our house! The kids are really into Christmas this year...Grayson loves Santa and wants to go see him everyday and the girls walk around saying Ho Ho Ho. On Wednesday we joined some friends at church at the Mud Hut. They read a story to the children, Santa came and let you sit in his lap, and then you painted a plate that had Santa's hand and theirs on it to leave cookies on.

The kids having their hand painted

Grayson actually went and sat in Santa's lap!!!! I could not believe he actually did it and on his own!

Sunday we went with our small group to Palestine to ride the Polar Express. It was so much fun and well worth the money we spent on it. We had 3 high school guys that were in charge of our car and they did a great job. We had hot chocolate and cookies, they read the Polar Express book and sang and danced to Christmas Carols.....Very entertaining!

He is trying to get Olivia to dance in the aisle with him...no much luck.
We attempted to get a picture of some of the kids....It did not go well
My girls did not want to sit there for a picture! I love Grayson's expression, it does not bother him at all.

Grayson and his buddy Cole...Cole is always excited to see Grayson
Not sure about this picture, but I liked Mallory's expression
Grayson jumped up when asked to dance in the aisle
Santa gave all the kids bells

Olivia only likes Santa from a distance

They are watching Santa and waiting their turn.

watching outside for the North Pole

He loved riding the train and seeing everything

On Grayson's actual birthday we had dinner with my Uncle and his family. His birthday is the day after Grayson's so we celebrated both. Grayson thought it was so neat to share his birthday and cake!

On his birthday
What the girls have to wear to the softball games to stay warm!
I love this expression on Elizabeth's face...She loves hats!
