Here is a picture of Olivia feeling yucky. It breaks my heart to see them not feeling well.
Here is my grandfather enjoying his great granddaughter, ElizabethSince Lizzie did not feel well on Saturday, Olivia got to spend some one on one time with me. We went to dinner with Melissa and Cole. Her new thing is to stick her tongue out and play with it.
This is what Grayson wears most of the time he is at home now. It makes it easy for him to go potty with no help!
Grayson helped make a "wedding" cake for Adam and Marcey. They got married in the Bahamas in June, but when they went to have their marriage licence validated they told them they needed to do it again to avoid problems from now on so we made them a cake to eat tonight and one to put in the freezer for next year since theirs was ruined.
I hope everyone had a great fourth, we went to the church annual 4th celebration and spent time with friends and watched fireworks. Grayson did not really care for them, he said it made his ears hurt and the girls loved them so much that they fell asleep during them.
I have to brag on Grayson because I am so proud of him. We can officially say we are potty trained! And it has been less than a month! He has not had an accident in his underwear in 2 weeks! He now will poop on his own without being asked and even told us in public. We have been putting him in pull ups at night, but the last few mornings he is dry! We keep telling him how proud we are and I know he is so proud of himself.
The girls have made some milestones as well. Olivia is rolling from her back to stomach constantly. If she could just learn to go from her stomach to her back she would be much happier. But the major thing is the girls are sleeping through the night! Not just through the night, but between 9 and 11 hours at a time. We are loving this off course (although I did get up on Friday morning and check to see if they were still breathing). We are a little worried about our first over night trip in a couple of weeks. We will be gone for 3 nights in the same hotel room so hopefully things will go well in Dallas and won't mess up our routine too much.
In the last week Grayson, Elizabeth and myself have all run fever. Grayson had 102 last Monday night and complained that his stomach hurt, but Tuesday morning he was great. Elizabeth ran fever on Saturday and again today. I can't figure out if she is sick or if it is her teeth. And I started running fever last night with a sore throat and have had fever all day today. So hopefully we will all be better and Olivia and Drew won't get it. (I started this post during nap time and did not finish because Olivia woke up crying.....with a fever. So I guess it is not their teeth that are giving them this fever...But we are all fever free tonight!)
The girls go Wednesday for their 4 month checkup so we will let you know how they are doing!
