Mommy is so in trouble now!
Oh my how the time really is passing, I know I say this every month but it is crazy how fast the girls are growing. I try to take in as much as possible everyday! So much has happened this month. We are on the move, popping teeth out like crazy, learning to walk, be content with ourselves and so many other things.
I will just break down what each one is doing just to give you an idea why Mommy is so crazy these days!
Elizabeth
Lizzie has really amazed me in the last couple of weeks, she went from army crawl, to really crawling the "right" way, to pulling up to her knees, to pulling up to standing, and now cruising around the living room. (in less than two weeks) See why it is crazy! Today was the first day she really got brave and went around half the living room holding on to things. She then got really brave and would stand for a few seconds alone before falling. I never thought it would be possible that she might walk before Christmas.
She is also drinking out of her cup on her own, eating crackers/puffs and any table food that I will let her have.
She is becoming a little clingy and not wanting to spend as much time playing on the floor, but her new abilities buy me a little time here and there.
She is still "working" on teeth, I think her top two teeth are coming in, she just seems to have a much harder time getting her teeth in.
She is getting more curious and is now crawling out of the living room so we are having to chase her around. My mom bought me a "cage" to put them in when I need to do something and can't watch them.
Elizabeth weighed 20pounds 2 ounces (90%)
and was 29 inches long (75%)
Olivia
My sweet content/ laid back Olivia she is not as advanced in the crawling/pulling up area because she is just happy where I put her, don't get me wrong she has that army crawl down and it is only a matter of time before she is doing the same as Lizzie (I really don't compare them to the point that I push Olivia to catch up, just neat to see the differences)
She now has 6 teeth. 4 up top and two on the bottom
She has mastered drinking from the cup, eating puffs and is finally wanting to taste table food now.
She is now on daily breathing treatments to try to prevent the wheezing in her lungs. She is so good about it just sits on the floor and rarely cries or tries to pull the mask off for the ten minutes or so it takes.
She is laughing out loud all the time, especially at Grayson.
She weighed 18pounds 2 ounces at the dr. (a little under 50%)
and was 27 and a half inches long (50%)
The biggest thing to happen this month is the girls no longer share a bed! Lizzie had a little harder time with this, but I felt it was time since she was pulling up now and was either going to use Olivia as a stepping stone out of her bed or really hurt them when she let go and fell back. Olivia is loving it and not taking as long or as many naps during the day so I guess she was not getting as much sleep as I thought.
See why mommy is in trouble??
They are now officially too big to fit in one chair for a picture!

And now Lizzie
Olivia
Just another glimpse of my life these days
If you look close you can see their new "cage"
Even the dog wants to know what is going on???
Their last photo as co-bed buddies
"Who wants turkey for lunch?"
Here are my little Turkey's on their first Thanksgiving
I always love when I catch them holding hands in a photo
Can you tell Lizzie has allergies?
