It's been awhile since I did an actual post so here is our life from the last couple of weeks.
This picture captures how the girls are always. They seem to always take care of each other, like Lizzie making sure that Olivia does not fall over.Olivia and her great-grandmother
The kids, with Mama de, Gran and their friend Linda
The girls woke Grayson from his LONG nap today. They are so sweet to each other, I love these moments that show they already are close friends and love each other.
He just lays there and let's them get him, He was so excited to see them in his bed when he woke up.Where is he going???
The girls no longer fit in their Bumbo, one of their last feedings.
We are big girls now, first time in the high chairs
Look how big I am
I love this sweet picture
"What do you want, I'm on the phone?"
I never seem to capture Olivia and Grayson in as many pictures, so here is a cute one.
Lizzie
Olivia
When I went to get Elizabeth out of her bed she was just like this so I had to take a picture
I moved Olivia on hers so I could get a picture
On Wednesday's we hang out with some of Grayson's friends, usually at Dairy Queen, doesn't Olivia look happy to be there
Last weekend was a big weekend for us. As many of you know Drew and I don't like being away from our kids. Last Friday night my parents wanted to take Grayson to a football game (he had been asking for Poppy to take him) and spend the night with them. The only time Grayson has stayed at my parents was when I was in the hospital and Drew was in Shreveport with the girls. We did not like it! We went to dinner with the girls and then came home and played and we felt bad Grayson was not with us. I know Grayson had an "awesome" time as he says, but I don't think we will make this a regular thing.
Saturday night we were given tickets to Neil McCoy's Concert to raise money, we took Grayson and he loved it. He did really well until right at the end and that could be because it was almost eleven and he was up for the second night in a row this late.
Grayson drinking his coffee with my mom. This became a habit when we were staying there for a few days while without power.
I love pictures of the girls sleeping in different positions in their bed, but this is now my favorite, sleeping pictures in the high chair. This girl can sleep anywhere, anytime, does not matter the noise level (she takes after her mommy)
Really she just puts her blanket there and she is OUT
We traveled two weekends ago to Mexia, Drew's grandmother turned 80. They had a photographer there to take pictures.
