8 Months!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our 8 month pictures did not go well tonight, I might have to re-do them. Here is Elizabeth
Miss Olivia

This is the part they did not like, They are now too big to fit in the chair together and were just ready for their cereal, bottle and bed, but at least they are making the same faces here.

So the girls are 8 months now and this is going way to fast! I feel like our days fly by and I don't know where our time goes! We are enjoying watching their different personalities develop everyday. They really are so different!

Olivia
Is working on her two top teeth which will make 4 for her. Right now she won't let me put anything in her mouth hardly, bottles are getting harder and harder. She is up on her knees rocking, but not really trying to crawl like I thought she would. She still loves her swing (I would love to get it out of my living room, but that does not look like it will happen) and spends lots of time playing in her exercise saucer. She finally figured out sitting up and not falling over, so that makes floor time more fun. She smiles so easily and will laugh at loud at her brother and especially when we play peek a boo, her favorite game! Olivia is like her mommy and needs lots of sleep! She can sleep anywhere and anytime, and if she misses out on her long nap in the morning she will make up for it in the afternoon. I know if she has been fed and is crying that she wants in her bed and as soon as I lay her down she flips to her stomach and closes her eyes, it really does amaze me. She is also starting to babble her m's and d's.

Elizabeth
She finally got her two bottom teeth! She has seriously worked on these teeth since she was 4 months old! She loves her exercise saucer and is learning how to use the jumparoo. She has taken her "first steps" crawling and I am sure will be going everywhere in no time. She loves floor time with her sister and loves to take the toys away from here, I guess it is a good thing Olivia is so laid back. Elizabeth is like her father and does not require much sleep. If lots of people are around or something exciting is going on she just stays awake and watches. But she will give it up at some point and is still very easy to put down. She is making us work a little harder for a smile, but is babbling a lot. She loves to try and imitate your sound.

They both sit up in their high chairs at restaurants now, and do a really good job at staying in them. They are reaching for everything and ready to start eating some table food. I have to admit I have cheated and given some things early. They continue to entertain us and go wherever we go and do well adapting to our different schedules everyday.

Elizabeth always gives me a deer in the headlights look when I am taking pictures. You would think she would be use to this by now.

The girls had a friend over to play Wednesday. It is getting fun now that they can sit up together and interact.

My favorite picture of Lizzie- She can't wait for her cereal
Yes dad, I know I am a big girl now so give me my food.

Olivia's cute smile
Look guys I have teeth-Elizabeth
My son continues to amaze me as he shoes his love for his sisters daily. I love seeing him love on them.

Grayson's section

Here is my son's fat lip and yes his eyes were a little bruised, but what you see in this picture is eye shadow he put on while I was in the shower. I wish you could of seen Drew's face when he walked in the bathroom and saw Grayson all "bruised" up.
He pretends this thing is a gun and goes around saying he is going to shoot you.
I liked these pictures that Drew took while practicing with our camera

I love the girls' sweet smiles! That is my fave picture of Lizzie too! They are both so cute, and of course Grayson is a doll and a joy to be around.
